BLOCKED

What this is

Atlas Sim is a computational digital twin of a Registered Investment Advisor firm — every role, workflow, atomic task, software interaction and operational dependency, modeled precisely enough to simulate a full operating year and test the impact of AI, automation, staffing and market events before they happen in production.

Source corpus: a 44-workflow RIA operating manual (private capital + family office) and a master PRD covering ontology, task database, workflow engine, synthetic data and simulation layers.

Method

This repo is being built autonomously: a driver on a homelab server runs recursive, fresh-context Claude (Fable) invocations — one focused role per iteration, no shared memory between them. The plan is disposable and regenerated from repo reality; wrong output is rejected by machinery, not by longer instructions.

Process

builder writes one artifact → mechanical gates (schema + referential integrity) → adversary tries to refute it against the source manual, citing lines — when uncertain, it rejects. Only unrefuted artifacts are accepted; rejections reopen the task with the objections attached.

Every 10th iteration a planner reconciles the plan with reality; when the plan runs dry a critic hunts for gaps against the PRD. Two consecutive clean critic passes ends the loop.

Goals

  • All 44 workflows modeled and decomposed into atomic tasks
  • Task database with 20 structured attributes per task (inputs, outputs, software, risk, time, AI suitability…)
  • Role, software, event and client-household models
  • A simulation engine that reproduces the annual operating cycle
